On Oct. 22, 2019, our company ended the two-day training of safety, quality, 7S. Based on early training of safety and quality, this training put more emphasis on personnel awareness and some key points of safety and quality, and formulate detailed Performance Measurement Standard, to demonstrate our commitment to safety and quality.

The first part of the training was explained by the on-site safety director about the safety production law, three factors of safety production, and emergency rescue in case of accident. The QA director reported the feedback of recent quality problems and explained the assessment standard of one-time pass rate. The producting director introduced the 7S on-site and explained the 7S assessment standard. In the end, the general manager made a speech to express the company's wish and attitude of never relaxing of QA.
